Daniela Carbone, DVM

Daniela Carbone, D.V.M

Dr. Daniela Carbone knew she wanted to be a veterinarian at the age of five years old. She graduated from the University of Hartford with a Bachelor in Science degree in 2005 and then went on to earn a Master of Science degree from the University of New Haven in Nutrition in 2007.  She graduated from St. Matthew’s University with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine and completed her veterinary clinical rotation training at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana in 2011.

Following graduation, she stayed in the midwest and practiced small animal medicine and surgery in Danville, Illinois for two years. In 2013 Dr. Carbone moved back to New York and worked as an emergency, associate and relief veterinarian in Dutchess, Putnam, Orange and Westchester counties for several years.

Dr. Carbone’s interests include alternative therapies such as nutraceuticals, preventative, urgent care and geriatric medicine. When not at work, Dr. Carbone loves spending time with her husband, family and friends and her toy poodle Annabelle. She enjoys skiing, hiking, exercising and traveling.

Her goal is to provide our patients with advanced veterinary care. Dr. Carbone stays current with new knowledge and techniques through continuing education seminars and training sessions. These training sessions allow her to practice new veterinary procedures, products, and preventive health care measures available to your pet.

Dr. Carbone is also fluent in Italian.
