Due to his strong involvement level and high ranked veterinary studies Dr. Joe was awarded the Dean’s Award from St. Matthew’s University. Following his pre-clinical training Dr. Joe finished his final year of veterinary school at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC.
Dr. Joe’s interests include emergency and critical care as well as cardiovascular disease. Dr. Joe is a member of the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society, the American Veterinary Medical Association, and the New York State Veterinary Medical Association. Given Dr. Joe’s wide interests he is happy to care for dogs, cats, exotics, as well as some livestock.
Dr. Joe also holds an adjunct professor position at SUNY Ulster, teaching veterinary technician students. However, when he is not at the hospital or teaching Dr. Joe enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends. Dr. Joe has a variety of pets, including four dogs (Vincenzo, Macey, Nova, and Nina) three cats (Tom, Momma cat, Cora), and a cockatiel.

Daniela Carbone, DVM

Dr. Daniela Carbone knew she wanted to be a veterinarian at the age of five years old. She graduated from the University of Hartford with a Bachelor in Science degree in 2005 and then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Nutrition. She graduated from St. Matthew's University with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine and completed clinical training at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana in 2011.
Following graduation, she stayed in the midwest and practiced small animal medicine in Danville, Illinois for two years. She has worked as both an associate and relief veterinarian in Dutchess, Putnam, Orange and Westchester counties over the past three years, allowing her to become a part of a wide area of the Hudson Valley Community.

Dr. Carbone’s interests include nutrition and alternative therapies such as nutraceuticals, homeopathy, and herbal medicine for dogs and cats.
Her goal is to provide our clients and their pets with high-quality medical and surgical care. Dr. Carbone stays current with new knowledge and techniques through continuing education seminars and training sessions. These training sessions allow her to practice new veterinary procedures, products, and preventive health care measures available to your pet.
When not at work, Dr. Carbone enjoys spending time with her family and her toy poodle, Annabelle that she rescued in 2008.
Dr. Carbone is also fluent in Italian.
Megan Knoell, DVM

Dr. Megan Knoell grew up in Goshen, New York and is a graduate of Goshen Central High School (Class of 2007).
Dr. Megan attended SUNY-College of Environmental Science and Forestry where she earned a Bachelor of Environmental Science. She then attended veterinary school at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in Columbus, OH.
Following graduation, she completed an equine surgical and medical internship at Chaparral Veterinary Medical Center in Cave Creek, AZ.

Chad Andrews, DVM, ACVS (Small Animal)

Dr. Chad Andrews received his D.V.M. from the Ohio State University in 2005. He completed a rotating internship at the University of Georgia and a surgical internship at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists in Houston, TX. Dr. Andrews completed his residency at the University of Tennessee in 2010. He then stayed on as an assistant professor of surgery at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine, were he led the Total Hip Replacement Program and mentored residents in the art of arthroscopy, as well as a multitude of other procedures. He obtained his board certification with the American College of Veterinary Surgeons in March of 2012. Dr. Andrews has been involved with various surgical teaching labs that provide continuing education credits needed by surgeons and general practitioners
